The Convergence
In a 24-year military career, culminating at the White House Communications Agency, my entire world revolved around one principle: proactively managing risk to protect what matters most.
We built systems not for when things went right, but for when they could go wrong. That mission became deeply personal the day my mother fell.
After retiring, I took an extended sabbatical. I ventured into technology, sports, and general well-being but never quite found my footing. But my mission became much clearer in September 2024, when my own mother had a frightening fall.
In that moment of fear and uncertainty, yeah my world shrank. I realized my life's work in process and protection had prepared me for a new calling: to build a program that could help others, and their families avoid that same experience.
I embarked on a new path focused on the convergence of technology and human wellness.
That is why I founded Steady Steps Fitness LLC.

The Mission
I am on a mission to free people from the fear of falling and empower them with a clear, professional plan to move with confidence and protect their independence.
I believe that all people deserve to be treated with dignity and respect, and that it is possible to regain physical confidence at any age.
I see myself as more coach than personal trainer. While my training includes a diploma from the National Personal Training Institute, our work together goes beyond general fitness. It’s a specialized partnership focused on the science of functional aging and evidence-based fall prevention strategies.
My role is to be your coach, not just a trainer, guiding you with a professional, empathetic, and effective plan for a safer, more independent life.
The Tools
My approach is built on a foundation of professional training and a commitment to the principles of evidence-based practices.
I am dedicated to staying at the forefront of the science of aging well in order to provide you with the most effective service.
